Follow along on my photographic journey!
When I was younger, I used to ask for disposable cameras for Christmas. Some of the photos I took back then were so pure, without any thought of what constituted a good picture. I just captured moments.
These days, I still try to utilize the unbridled enthusiasm for photography I developed when I was younger. I am often caught smiling big after I think I just captured a sweet shot; this is when photography means the most to me.
Photography is my choice of art form. I enjoy all forms of photography, especially nature and portraiture. Photography for me started as a hobby and continuing to pursue my passion prompted me to start my own photography business. Each session makes me feel the excitement I felt on my first session, because ultimately each session is just another chance to do what I love.
When I'm not taking photos, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, listening to live music, hiking, reading, and cooking. I appreciate novel things, and photography gives me a chance to fulfill that part of me. New people, new places, new conversations. That is what makes me feel most alive!
